Are you dying to get your hands on the current issue of Marie Claire Idees? Issue #68? Did you run to your local bookstores only to find out they don't carry it? You drove to the nearest town and no such luck either? Bummer, huh?

There is more than one way to get a copy of this magazine. One. You're lucky enough to have friends or relatives in Europe who's kind enough to go out of their way to search for this much coveted magazine and send you a copy all the time. Don't even think of losing these people. Show them gratitude at all times. You'll never know when you are going to need them to hunt for that special issue for you. And, possibly for me. You'll see what I mean.

Two. You can get a subscription from Amazon.com. Hmmm, too expensive you say? You'd rather pay per issue and get charged for tax possibly shipping and handling which will eventually cost you more. Right?

Three... You are going to like this one. I'm sorry, I'm not talking about a giveaway. If you know of anyone giving away a MCI special issue, let me know. Anyhoo... After searching online for hours (I mean, H-O-U-R-S!!!), I finally found a store that sells the magazine on a regular basis. Would you like to know the name of the store or possibly a link?

The store is called European Book Company located in San Francisco. There you have it, folks! You don't have to waste your time driving around town looking for this magazine. Eet zee greatest newz evehr, no?

Now, for the bad news. Here's a picture of MCI special issue (kinda like Martha's Good Things for kids but for babies and toddlers, I think) which is not available in the States according to EBC. Never ever? I hope not. Could anyone send me a copy. Please??? Pretty pleeezzze?

I'm a little confused. You are able to order the magazine, but they can't get you the special issue? Is that correct?
I went here http://mci.blogs.marieclaireidees.com/ but I can't speak any French, so it makes life a little tricky.
There is a seller on Ebay called nathalie190958 and she's in France and sells Marie Claire Idees on Ebay. If you don't have any luck elsewhere you could ask her if she could obtain and list a copy of the special issue for you.
Hope this helps, Doe. I'm going to see if it can be bought in NZ (nothing like a challenge), but somehow I doubt it.

You are the bomb! I have been searching around ebay, etsy,& whatever else google pulls up. I didn't want to buy it from France b/c of the shipping. Yippee! I'm on my way over there right now. Hey....any luck w/people who sell the more recent back issues? there is someone on ebay who sells back issues but they are from 2002-2006. :( Thanks for sharing your new found treasure!
