Is it really brrrrr season?!

Where is the 'brrrrrr' factor?

I'm loving SoCal's fall weather right now! Just like my friend, Dashel. He's a needle felted bunny rabbit from Jenn Docherty. Isn't he adorable? Anyhoo, back to the weather report. Lately, it's been a tad bit nippy at night and early morning then the temperature reaches up to mid 70's by noon. So I ask you, where's the brrrr? It is supposed to be jacket season but I'm not really ready for that because it means Christmas is not far away. People, it's practically here! Most shops have their christmas decorations up all ready. Can you believe it?!

Speaking of christmas, I signed up for another holiday swap over at Monica's . The other Monica! I just hope I won't be late again!

One less wip!

Yes, another 5" charm square quilt. I can't seem to stop buying those dang charm packs!  I got the "jolly packs" from Fat Quarter Shop. The fabric line is called Barefoot Roses by Grand Revival Design for Free Spirit Fabrics.  In case you're wondering, the inner border is not from the same line. It's one of the fabrics from 3 Sisters "Gingham Rose" collection for Moda. I LOVE this quilt! The prints are girly but not too frou-frou!

All right! I have to go work on something else like a new blog banner in time for Halloween or come up with something handmade for the 2 swaps I signed up for. Have a wonderful weekend everyone! Toodles!

I'm finally done with my bunnies. I think I've apologized to my swappy partners in advance because what you're about to see might make you hurt me. Please don't, I bruise easily!

Where is Harry Potter's invicibility cloak? I need it right now! I'm dreading this very moment. Just to warn you in advance, my skill (at 0.001%) in softie making SUCKS!!!!! So sorry Dawn and Julie!!! I've added beaucoup loot in the box to soften the blow. Oh Baby Jesus, here we go...

This bunny on the lil' itty-bitty mug is my inspiration. Remember the the bowl? It is a set.

I like it better flat but since this is a bunny swap I had to stuff 'em!  Which I think was a big mistake because I'm not very good at stuffing. Either I overstuffed or understuffed. These two are from the same litter and one is a runt. BTW, thanks to Sharon for letting me have the brown wool for this swap. Say hello to my Lump-kins! Put on your darkest goggles right now!

Hello everyone! I'm alive and well. Been really busy at work. Anyway...

  I received a package from Missy today and I just wanna share it with you! These hybrid bunnies are sooooo adorable!!! The small notecards are so cute! I also love her drawing especially the doe-a-deer. lol! Love, love, love it! Thanks Missy!

I HEART Jenn Docherty

Hello everyone! I promised pictures of my trip but that has been pre-empted by what I received from the mail today.  A box from my ever so generous mailman. Not just any box but a BOX from Miss Jenn Docherty! I haven't ordered anything online (I'm such a big liar...my nose is getting longer and longer by the nanosecond but I seriously forgot about this order), so imagine my surprise! I pre-ordered a few "felties" from her Etsy shop the day after her appearance on MARTHA! Ordering these felties was a riot! If you missed the show, hop on over  to her blog and check it out.
