CRACK du jour!
Been too busy...
...playing with my dolls! LOL!
I'm not going to give up quilting/crafting all together but I've decided to divert my fabric fund and spend my free time on my new obsession or should I say, my crack du jour - Blythe dolls and doll accessories! Just kidding! To be on a fabric diet again is not a bad idea though. The last time it took me about a month before I caved in and splurged. I'm still hoping to purchase "wee play" fabric collection but I'm not in a hurry. You'll see why.
Just in case you want to know how my doll collecting has gotten out of control in a few weeks, see them gerrrlzz below. My fabric fund is becoming none existent because now I buy clothes, shoes and re-ment miniatures for my girls. Then I spent most of my free time taking pictures of them. Lucky for me Sweetie and I have an understanding, I've got my dolls and softies and he has his action figures and DVD collection. Remember Buddy? hehehe! He's one of Sweetie's toys.

Here they are wearing Feltland knitted clothes and Princess Sara mary jane shoes. Sophie, the girl wearing a red dress, is also wearing a red knitted hat from TIB.

Sophie (Rainy Day Parade), Quinn (Tailor Gibson), Georgie, short for Georgina (PrimaDolly Saffy Encore), Wren (Gentle River)

Devon (PrimaDolly Ashlet), Kennedy (Welcome Winter) and my favorite girl, Emma (the cat)!
Crazy, huh?! Hmm, I think I should be on a dolly diet starting...NOW!
Oh Doe..I wondered where you have been. Sophie is my fav I think. They are delightful little friends, do they quilt?

That there is a whole lotta cute girlfriend! I can see how addictive all their sweet little accessories must be. Well, thanks for checkin in with us, but try not to stray TOO far down the path! ;-)

Seriously... Are you starting your own Juniper Creek? But I get it. Really. I do. I can't stop taking pics of my Triskit. One day I hope she gets to have some big sisters (sisters who can look to the left and the right!). Your girls are oh so cute and I love seeing the photos!
Darling outfits... I especially love Sophie's red hat and Wren in her martini olive dress. Too cute! But your girls look kinda cold... don't you think they each need a quilt???

Hi Doe!
They're adorable!
It's funny - I was talking to a friend today who is knitting some doll clothes for her granddaughter's dolls. It reminded me of the countless hours I played with my dolls as a child, and how fun and relaxing it was. It made me think that I might like to do it again as an adult. Am sure it would be just as much fun, and probably even more relaxing..
Take care,

They're so tiny next to Emma. I'm trying to figure out those little round rings hanging down...at first I thought they were handcuffs! LOL!!...wait they're not, right?

I'm addicted too. I have one girl (Hello Harvest), but I am searching for another. Did you check out Valley of the Dolls? Google it. It's a doll store out of the L.A area. They have a pretty good selection of Blythes, and being in the US, the shipping is less expensive then overseas.
