Never thought I'd fell in love with this lil' cutie. The amazing photos on BBB's flickr group  made me want to get her right away. I'm so glad I did! Check out the photos I took of her wearing Sophie's (RDP) stock outfit. CuuuuuTe!!!!

       

Re-ment uniforms

I received the uniforms awhile back but I haven't had a chance to show some pics of the girls wearing them  until now.  Of course, the girls are excited. 

 

#1 Nurse Uniform

Here's Wren (GR)  as a pediatric nurse. I think she's scared of the baby or the turkey baster used here as a syringe. She's getting ready to give the baby a booster shot. Ouch!!!

 

  

#2 Frenchmaid Uniform

Georgie (Saffy encore) is looking great wearing this outfit. I moved her headband on her super shiny  forehead because it was reflecting the whole room.  Watch your potty mouth, folks! She's holding a toilet brush and she's not afraid to use it!

#3 Cheerleader Uniform

Devon (Ashet encore) loves wearing this outfit complete with pom-poms. Goooooo Blythe!!!!

#4 Chef Uniform

Sophie (RDP) thinks she's the chef in this show but she's just a sidekick. Just like the movie, you know, the one with a mouse. Hehehe! Awww, she's cute!! I love this girl. Shhh, don't tell the other girls I said that. Really, I love them all!

 

#5 Band uniform

Quinn (TG), the brainiac with a musical talent, thought she should wear this one. It suits here, i think. She plays a musical instrument and practice everyday. i mean, EVERY day! The other girls have had enough of that racket and threatened to take away that darn thing if she doesn't stop soon. For crying out loud, the parade was over a week ago! Argggg!!! 

Quinn: Hey, an orchestra is not complete without my instrument. It is an important piece, you know!

The girls: Hah! Right!

Big Lil' Sis (me): Ignore them, Quinn. Keep playing your cowbell, er, triangle but could you practice when no one's around, please. 

#6 Ballet Dancer uniform

Kennedy (WW) would love to wear this everyday. She likes to wear this outfit with her pink polka dots wellies. I can't blame her.

#7 Police Officer uniform

Babs (BBB) thinks this outfit is lacking something like a baton, firearm or whip. WHIP? She said the black boots made her look like a dominatrix. The only thing missing is a whip to complete the look. LOL! Aww, she forgot to wear her hat. She's not a real cop yet but she can start acting like one. Mmmmmm, donuts!!!

#8 Flight Attendant uniform

Rorie (RR) knows this uniform is sooo her. Work it, girl! LOL!

I caught something and it's here to stay!

It's not the flu...
It's not mad cow disease...
It's highly contagious... This lady caught it as well!
Just to be clear, I'm not talking about STDs! Noooo!

I caught the Blythe bug while searching for re-ment miniatures not so long ago. While looking at photos on re-ment flickr group, I kept seeing this big headed doll in the background and thought she was adorable! And then I saw another one, and another... I searched online about them and on several blythe flickr groups. I couldn't stop looking at the incredible photos. Within a couple of months I've acquired SIX dolls. My poor, poor depleted life savings didn't even get a chance. I have a feeling there will be more to come. I have fallen... really HARD!

I found that the girls have a very calming effect on me. I don't know about you but they help me de-stress from my mentally draining job. They're very eager to learn about my sewing hobby and very helpful when I'm working on one of my quilty/crafty WIPs. In return, they get new clothes, shoes, play things and pose for pictures. It's not like I have to twist their arms for a photo op. LOL!

This blog is all about my Blythe dolls... and then some. Hopefully, you'll come visit often to check out what the girls are up to. If I'm not careful, they might take over my crafty blog over here. That's why I've created this place for them. Of course, I'm not going to stop them. I haven't got the will power to do so. Just look at their adorable faces? How could I say no? Although I have to keep on eye on Sophie. She's a handful that one. Cute though, isn't she?

Sophie: I'm not handful. Just ask the girls!
